another great episode!
THANK YOU for sharing your story.
hi there. I just listened to your boundaries podcast, and as a nurse managing a primary care clinic I suck at boundaries because nurses suck at boundaries…. Plus, I am a manager and a female so I feel like I just want to make everybody happy all of the time which drains me … plus then I go home to my four children three dogs and a husband which gets me into that emotional labor podcast I just listened to from you 🩷🩷But this podcast was amazing. I’m going to work on saying no and have that be a complete and total sentence. You can add to your list which I feel like is probably very, very, very large already, but add me to your list of someone who helped. One grateful human being to another ….stay kind.
